How does the free trial work?
Find your business and add your email. We'll email you a link to your dashboard, and you start your 14-day trial from there by entering a card through Stripe. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and if you cancel before then, you pay nothing.
Is there a contract? How do I cancel?
No contract. It's month to month. To cancel, open your dashboard and click Manage billing, or email Sam at support@buzrareviews.com and he'll take care of it.
How many review requests can I send?
One per customer visit is the right rhythm, and there's no per-request fee.
What do my customers get?
A short email from your business name with the subject “How was your visit to [your business]?” and a “Leave a review” button that opens your Google review form. No survey first and no hoops. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
